This solution was found by one of our commenters (thanks Mike!) , who discovered some time ago that if you update iTunes without choosing to accept the Terms and Conditions that Please after performing each step, test to see if your problem is solved:Make sure that your iOS software is up to date. Not sure why this happened, but it fixed it for me. Still an issue with the App Store and your solution still works.
