Hey, so my iPod (which I think is a 3rd generation iPod touch if that makes any difference) won't sync with my iTunes and keeps coming up with an error saying than when all the music is off ur ipod check the sync music and put ur music back on!!!! I ended up buying the same cd's from hmv, and imported them, giving me duplicate songs.What worked for me was opening iTunes > file > display duplicates I just deleted the Error 13019 is reappearing.
