In our case the netscaler ( remote access )would go offline every hour. This has been happening very frequently for the last two days. At one point I got into a game and I was the only one in it. But that was not the case, they were all in game, and I was the only one that wasn't. As we are using VMWaree 6 and netscaler 10.5 has some major bugs when using VMWare 6. Check This Out A lot of frustrated people in that post too.

Using iOS Receiver v6.1 (build 48) and NetScaler 10.5, I I had to remove and recreate my account in Receiver to successfully connect. No zombies, no team death matches.
