I can resolve each web part on a one-off basis, but I have to do this for every web part and for every team project I create. Note: you must be using SharePoint Server (SPS) 2010Enterprise Edition Open SP 2010 Central Admin > Application Management > Manage service applications and select EXcel Services Application.
