Sunday, October 10, 2010 Error When Publishing Workflows in Dynamics CRM 4.0 (an error occurred when the workflow was being created. I get the following error when I publish: --- An error occurred when the workflow was being created. I'm on CRM 4.0 with Rollup 10 installed and the web.config file was still missing the last line.
