Are you trying to upload via a secure connection (SFTP) that's being rejected? Open them up and check out their contents--one should contain your HTML files. The file may not exist, or there could be a permission problem. It is very peculiar (I love it) and I had to make a rule for DW to allow it to connect to and be connected from my web server.
