Never thought you could download another copy. Once disabled you can then go to the registry (as described in earlier post, and set the value to 4 for disabled. Is this normal? (I already tried disabling ones that I felt were unnecessary). If that fails, then in msconfig, on the General tab, make sure Normal boot is checked.
